More than half of the facility is getting updated! We’re adding a new meeting space, putting new desks in the main coworking area, opening a new central coworking area, and building out a ton of new private office spaces.
1 to 4 Citizen Team Offices are Coming!
You may have seen us starting to expand down the hallway, but we’re now taking over the entire floor. We’re excited to now offer one, two, three, and four-person offices. Just like before, these will be fully furnished, direct and wifi fiber internet included, after-hours access, free and abundant parking, and tons of meeting time to use between your team members. The pricing and availability for the offices are as follows.
- 1 Member Office - $400/month - Coming early 2022
- 2 Member Office - $500/month - Coming early 2022
- 3 Member Office - $600/month - 3 available now! One more coming in early 2022
- 4 Member Office - $800/month - One available in early 2022

The Main Coworking Area Is Getting a Facelift.
The big ol’ work tables are making their way out so we can add a few additional spots in the main coworking space (don’t worry, they’re not going far). Every member on a permanent citizen plan will now get their own desk spot rather than the shared tables. If you are a current member that has not claimed their new spot, please do so quickly!
We’re Opening Two New Coworking Areas!
Central Coworking - Available Now!
We’re making way for more dedicated spots for the Casual Citizen plan. This is our entry-level plan at just $100/month where members get to come in and hot desk any time Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Central Coworking area is surrounded by small team offices and our new meeting space. It has its own access point for WiFi and another printer, too!
Southwest Office Bank - Coming Early 2022!
Smaller offices have always been one of our most requested services, and now we’re delivering. We are opening 4 one-person offices, 3 two-person offices, as well as another three and four-person offices.
Mail and Lockers are Moving!
If you are a current mail service member, heads up! The mailboxes and storage lockers are moving down the hall in between the central coworking area and the southwest office bank.
Mail will still be delivered to the main coworking area in suite 250, so if you’re looking for something, meander on down and chat it up with one of our space managers.
New Meeting Resource!
A boardroom has been added to the central coworking office. This space can seat up to 10 people comfortably and features a large 72” flat screen with an HDMI connection. This resource is available now for booking in the same system you’re used to - if you’re a current member 😉.
